About Me

I am a health promotion specialist based in Sydney, Australia.  My background is in birth work and I am an experienced doula and childbirth educator. Prior to birth work, I was a music teacher for many years and also gained experience in marketing and administration.  I have highly developed skills in teaching, public speaking, presentations, networking, communication and writing.

I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion) at Western Sydney University, gaining the Dean's Medal and achieving the top 2% of my cohort.  I am now enrolled as a Higher Degree Research Candidate.
